A forward-thinking executive, I have helped drive strategy, innovation, and design for public and pre-IPO companies across the consumer, financial services, automotive, healthcare and tech industries. As the global managing director of frog design, I led a team of 2,300 creatives worldwide, and looked after the successful merger of creative consulting firms into Capgemini. A hands-on leader, I work to bring out the best in those around me. I uniquely blend analytics, creativity and human-centered design to identify opportunities and commercialize products, services and experiences. A seasoned communicator, I regularly speak on innovation, strategy and design and my frameworks have been published in strategy and business publications including Harvard Business Review. Having lived and worked in Japan, the UK and the US, I have a deep understanding of international markets and local nuances, and work effectively with global teams.
