As a purpose-driven and visionary leader, I am known for my commitment to business excellence. Over the years, I have enabled organizations to gain the competitive edge in the market via multi-faceted leadership focused on business excellence, progressive HR strategy, and the cultivation of equitable, inclusive cultures. I’ve built and scaled new programs, and transformed legacy programs that no longer deliver. I am not afraid to take on new challenges and have gained a reputation for my ability to get things done and turn underperforming programs and disengaged teams to become best-in-class. My strengths lie in empowering those I work with and influencing across all levels of an organization. I believe that each individual should be encouraged to stretch themselves. The best way to achieve this is to give team members the space they need to be creative and bring new ideas to the table, and then figure out a way to implement. Metrics-driven, I lead based on what the data is telling us: Where do we need to pinpoint our efforts to generate better results?
