Tish Archie-Oliver is twenty years into a successful career as a Diversity & Inclusion Practitioner and Talent Management expert. After spending the majority of her career in the financial services industry, she decided to transition to the Consumer Packaged Goods industry to diversify her experience and for the opportunity to build a best-in-class campus recruitment function. After five successful years, she transitioned to Tiffany & Co. to serve as the Director of Recruiting Initiatives and Diversity Outreach. In this hybrid role, she was responsible for partnering with senior leaders across the enterprise to identify, hire and retain talent at all levels, developing the recruitment strategy for the Tiffany Academy for Excellence and Diversity in Retail Leadership program (an 18-month leadership program) and developing the diversity and inclusion employee engagement strategy. Currently, Tish serves as the Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging at Unilever. Tish dedicates her life to serving the community and developing the next generation of leaders. She serves as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Scholarship Cha of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women Bergen-Passaic Chapter and an Advisory Board member for Brooklyn College’s School of Business.
