I find great satisfaction in a good idea. My role as a consultant to consumer industry leaders and investors is to seek out, recognize, nurture, build on and advocate for good ideas. I am a partner with Kearney’s Private Equity and M&A practice with 25+ years of experience. My clients include consumer brands, retailers, foodservice companies, co-ops, distributors, and commercial suppliers, as well as private equity investors. My support to clients spans growth strategy development, business turn-arounds, portfolio company performance improvement, commercial and operational due diligence reviews, and merger integration. Prior to A.T. Kearney, I was a partner in Kurt Salmon’s Private Equity practice, led Kurt Salmon's North American Strategy Practice, and served as vice chairman of the firm’s global partner board. Previously, I was Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Swander Pace & Company before it merged with Kurt Salmon in 2000.
