Tom is the CEO and Co-founder of Earthbanc, the world's leading AI-driven carbon and sustainable finance platform. Venture backed by the European Space Agency business incubator, VCs, Impact Investment funds, EIT Climate-KIC Nordic Accelerator, and Sting Climate Accelerator. Tom is a FinTech executive and environmental scientist with a successful track record in launching startups with three exits across FinTech (2017), AgTech (2007) and Industrial Manufacturing (2003). This included two IPO reverse mergers in AgTech with AquaBiofilterTM and Algafuels in 2007, and Pluto Furniture a manufacturing powerhouse in 2003 owned by the Duncan Family with notable installations in the Parliament of Australia - Great Hall. Also at the Australian Tennis Open stadium, affectionately known as the 'Australia Chair' loved by the world's tennis stars for their superior design and comfort. His other previous roles include being contracted by Nintendo and HP on market entry strategy, growth hacking and UI/UX acceptance testing in Asia-Pacific Markets. Tom also worked as a management consultant and investment manager with a keen focus on building regenerative value for his clients, the earth and communities. Tom designed and delivered largescale regenerative agriculture and land restoration projects across Australia and Asia. including the regeneration of Inner Mongolia Steppe (18.7 million hectares) with AusAID. He co-authored the 500+ page book 'Land Restoration' along with a cohort of thought leaders and practitioners in the regenerative agriculture movement. Tom co-wrote 'Regenerating Agriculture to Sustain Civilization' with Allan Savory of the Savory Institute, Founder of Holistic Management frameworks. He developed the novel catchment investment prioritization model to categorize and select the best sub-catchments to invest in - based on a complex multicriteria assessment for investment decision making.
