Tom is Co-founder of Kinetic, an early stage fintech startup on a mission to accelerate digital commerce by making it easier for payments companies and their merchants to work together.

Prior to Kinetic Tom was a Managing Director at Grab Financial Group where he scaled up teams and innovative products to reach millions of people across six markets in Southeast Asia.

Before joining Grab, Tom had over 15 years working across Australasia and Southeast Asia in financial services, both in large institutions as well as startup companies. Experienced in business development, product development, go-to-market strategy and building and managing diverse teams.
