I co-ordinate the Savills UK Science team of cross discipline experts to ensure any client with a science related project gets the best advice. I specialise in advising science and technology occupiers on their real estate strategy, relocations, scale-ups and disposals involving R&D, office and manufacturing space. I also advise landlords, investors and developers on how to create and operate effective science and innovation assets, both in terms physical provision of space, soft services and ecosystems.
