I'm lucky enough to work in a business I love, with people that truly inspire me. YourStudio was founded with my business partner Howard Sullivan (Co-founder). Our shared passion for inspiring human connection through creating pioneering experiences runs across everything we do. YS has evolved organically with studios now in London, Melbourne and Amsterdam. Each studio working collaboratively with some of the World's most inspiring brands. With the expansion of YourStudio and with the creation of our sister company YS.Works, pioneering creative workspace, my role has evolved into focusing on the strategic direction of the YS brand and supporting the YS team and our clients globally. I’m obsessed with creative thinking, challenging and exploring how the mind works and how to optimize creativity and strategic thinking. I'm a culture focused CEO with our people at the heart of every decision. I act with an entrepreneurial spirit with transparency, patience and tenacity through everything I do. Outside of my day today, I'm a supporter of the creative industry aiming to grow a diverse workforce into the industry at a school level and a focus on bringing creativity to the challenge of mental health, exploring how creativity can have a positive impact on the mind.
