I’m an experienced change leader who is passionate about delivering transformations in a way that accelerates value for organizations. Over the past 20 years, I’ve held leadership & consulting roles in technology organizations across a broad range of industries - working with CIOs, Transformation Executives, and their teams on enhancing business alignment at all organizational levels, mitigating risks, and transforming their operating models. My skills and experience include: ● Working with senior leaders, building collaborative relationships, and driving initiatives to realize enterprise-wide programs ● Program and Roadmap management in highly dynamic environments with several concurrent initiatives and competing priorities ● Developing, executing, and sustaining complex change strategies for critical initiatives I am grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to speak & write about my experiences in overcoming the challenges of leading change, accelerating technology adoption, and achieving successful business transformations.
