Building a business to solve a problem is Startup 101. But solving a problem you genuinely care about is rocket fuel for a conscience-led entrepreneur. Powering my determination to build Super Fierce, Fierce Impact & Care360 is my mission to empower Australians to age with dignity, & women to control their financial future. Motivated & strategic, I am an innovator, creator, entrepreneur, educator, sales expert & financial markets translator. With decades of experience in senior roles in multi-nationals, managing SMEs & building my own businesses, I bring a unique perspective to the challenges & opportunities of business. Perhaps more importantly, with nearly 50 years on the planet, I also draw upon a rich tapestry of personal experiences (the bad, good & ugly) to inspire, inform & ground the work that I do. I’m not shy about sharing my failures, modest victories & how I apply the lessons learnt. My passion is creating moments of happiness, inspiring others to live large & doing what we can to leave the world a better place. “Fierce Love, Hugs & Wine'' sums up my approach perfectly. I believe in living boldly, with passion & good intentions. I’ll have the tough conversations when it matters. But life is hard, & hugs help. So does jumping in puddles, singing in the shower & wearing colourful dresses. I always make time to celebrate the small moments & big wins. That’s where the wine comes in. But it's just a metaphor. You choose your poison; juice, meditation, coffee ... you do you.
