Experienced capital markets and derivatives professional with expertise in market structure, strategic business development, and algorithmic trading. I began my career working on the trading floors of the Chicago Board of Trade at the age of 14 and have over 25 years experience in the commodity and financial derivatives industry. Currently I'm the Global Head of Derivatives and FICC Development and Head of Business Development - Americas at Citadel Securities where I’m responsible for managing the firm’s Exchange Counterparty Strategy and Market Structure Advocacy. Additional responsibilities include representing Citadel Securities on the Board of Directors of BOX Holdings Group LLC, BOX Options Market LLC, BOX Digital Markets LLC, SIFMA Listed Options Trading Committee and OCC Financial Risk Advisory Council. Prior to joining Citadel, I was Head of Strategy for Financial and OTC Products at CME Group, responsible for tactical coordination of the development and execution for CME’s Financial and OTC business lines (Equities, Interest Rates, & FX) strategies, technology projects and key strategic initiatives which were both organic and inorganic. I served as Chief Operating Officer of Eagle Seven, a privately held, globally positioned algorithmic trading firm from 2013 through 2015.
