With a background in management of people, process improvement, business analysis, project management, development and quality assurance, Tyler brings a unique cross-functional view to the world of Digital Strategy and Technology. As a Certified ScrumMaster, a Salesforce Certified Developer and Consultant, and a leader with a passion for seeing his teams and clients succeed, Tyler has had the opportunity to share his skills in multiple ways. He has led internal improvement efforts at many organizations – including rolling out Iterative processes at two companies he worked for-- and has had the opportunity of being a program/engagement lead on multiple, multi-national companies' implementations of web based applications. In past positions, he has had the opportunity to have process ownership, lead the QA team, and facilitate project resourcing, ensuring that his clients have rigor around the project delivery process, as well as the final products that will get into the customer’s hands.
