I started my career working in strategy and operations, learning the ins and outs of various corporate functions. Quickly, I transitioned from building products and ideas to building people. At Bristol Myers, I expatriated to Rome, Italy to learn about nuances of international and global work. At the world’s largest Human Capital consulting firm, Deloitte, I engaged C-suite clients to redefine every aspect of human capital work including organizational development, culture, inclusion, human resources, talent acquisition, and talent management. As Alexion's first Chief Diversity Officer, I reported into the CEO, served on the management team of a Fortune 500 company, and built a market-leading global diversity and inclusion function from ground up at an astounding pace. Prior to that, I built and led Alexion’s global HR business partnership capabilities, game-changing talent management programs, sensational executive coaching programs, and all organizational design and development efforts, morphing Alexion into a future-focused culture that is ripe with purpose, passion, and opportunity. At Carbon Health, I drove end-to-end Human Resources strategies to augment an irresistible employee experience for a complex workforce spanning customer facing retail side and Silicon Valley high tech employees. I have a clear purpose to set people free because when people are free, everything is possible.
