Vaibhav is an innovator on a quest. A quest for solving critical social and business issues using strategic transformations, data and technology. He has a background in Economics & Management and has worked with organisations and people from around the globe. Currently Vaibhav is working as a part of the Group Innovation Team with Aditya Birla Group (ABG), a global conglomerate. With experience in the financial services, enterprise-tech and government sector, Vaibhav has previously served as Chief - Business at CivilCops, a start-up, that he co-founded, based out of India and UAE. He has also served various government departments and boards as a consultant and services-partner.
