Before embarking on a career in recruitment, I taught school children in London, operated a ski chairlift in the USA, and taught scuba diving in Southeast Asia. In 2019, I launched my own Sourcing Training Business, and have since been constantly challenged and fulfilled. I am passionate about elevating the standard of sourcing globally, with a focus on Africa. I enjoy sharing my expertise in talent sourcing, particularly diversity sourcing, through keynote presentations at international conferences. When I'm not working, you can find me having a vegetarian braai with family and friends in the bush or at the beach.
