Bio

As a leader in operations and technology, I connect the dots between strategy and execution. I create impact every day in a wide range of areas - from operations, finance, technology, and marketing, to morale and culture. Managing this diverse portfolio of responsibilities is one of the most invigorating aspects of my job. As a leader, I focus on building trust, building teams, and building relationships. I am energized by opportunities to learn new skills, work cross-functionally with staff and partners, and be creative in finding solutions. As an ICF-credentialed leadership coach, I work with people–especially women executives, entrepreneurs, and youth–to uncover possibilities within themselves that even they are surprised by. I am an award-winning speaker and have most recently spoken at the Women in Technology Conference, Argyle Forum, and Dreamforce. I am also looking for a board of directors role where I can contribute to the growth of another company.
