I have been fortunate to have worked across various domains that include - Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, Automobile and Finance SaaS based products. Working with globally distributed teams gave me different perspectives on people, culture, and technology which has enabled me to become a more empathetic and effective leader. I am passionate about aligning the goals of the team with the company vision. This has helped me to have continued success within consulting and leadership areas focused on collaboration, operational excellence & organizational development. I love inspiring team members and creating diverse and inclusive work environments for my team to thrive. My experience wearing multiple hats throughout the years including - QA manager, QA lead, Test Captain, Project Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Manager, and Agile Coach, and working for multiple Fortune 500 clients, has given me insights into different factors that help to deliver quality products within release deadlines. As a result, earning me many awards for leadership excellence along the way. Finally, continued learning is part of who I am. That has led me to get various certifications including - PMP, CSTE, SAFe 5 Agilist, AWS, ITIL, SMAC, RPA, SSYB, SFC, C-WAST, TOSCA and many more.
