I am an entrepreneur and the founder of Terminus Group, a platform developing the next wave of technology. Five years ago, the company was founded in anticipation of the industrial transition from internet to intelligence. In August, 2019, Terminus Group received a strategic investment from a group of renowned investors including JD.com (NASDAQ:JD), iFlytek (002230.SZ) and also continues to be backed by early investors, including China Everbright Limited (165.HK), IDG Capital and CITIC Group. During my time as CEO, Terminus Group has been referenced by Gartner's Technology Trends report as an outstanding AIoT (AI+IoT) enterprise in Asia. Together with my team, we will continue to build great products and services. We strive to improve lives with our AIoT Technology, and create a more intelligent and interconnected world. Before founding Terminus Group, I worked diligently in the private equity sector. Over the past 12 years, I've closed over 100 deals in with an AUM exceeding USD 10B. Many of these deals have been with high profile Chinese companies including Meituan (3690.HK), iQiyi (NASDAQ:IQ), NIO (NYSE:NIO), SRX (605168.SH), SenseTime, Netease Cloud Music, Xpeng Motors, Miss Fresh as well as JD Logistics and China UnionPay. I started my career at J.P. Morgan Investment Banking Division working for their M&A team in New York then moved over to their Real Estate team in HK. In addition, I hold an Executive MBA degree from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, Master of Finance from Washington University in St. Louis, and Bachelor Degree of Economics from Simon Fraser University from Vancouver.
