Victor's relevant experience includes initially being trained as a CA, then working for a family-controlled, public-traded company which was a manufacturer and distributor of carpets, followed by working for McKinsey & Co a leading international consulting firm, owning his own security alarm business, then working for 12 years in mergers and acquisitions for VOXCOM and Reliance-Protectron, two of Canada's largest security firms before opening his own M & A advisory firm in 2009.
