A talented marketing executive with extensive experience in the health industry, Victoria joined the Proximie team in September 2021 and was named Global Head of Marketing a year later. She had previously served as Director of Brand and Marketing at NHS Test and Trace, where she was brought in to revamp the biggest health messaging and behaviour change campaign of our time at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. With a CV that covers the NHS, B2C, B2B, agency and charity roles, Victoria has an outstanding track record in delivering impactful campaigns and driving positive change across the healthcare industry. An able leader at executive level, she specialises in marketing and communications strategy and stakeholder engagement. After completing an MSc in Marketing from the University of Leicester while working for the NHS Blood and Transplant service, Victoria was selected for a prestigious Marketing Academy scholarship in 2015. Having benefited from mentoring and personal coaching from prominent industry experts as part of the scholarship, Victoria now shares her own expertise as a mentor for the Prince’s Trust and the Google Squared talent development programme.
