I am the Head of Client Services at PayAnalytics. I am responsible for PayAnalytics services to our clients, ensuring that our clients have the best knowledge available to support them in developing their pay structures towards eliminating pay gaps and their initiatives towards equality and equal pay. The role works across PayAnalytics, helping with the development of PayAnalytics, marketing, and business relations. I have participated in various conferences as a lecturer, participated in panels and various podcasts on gender equality and fair pay, and how to use data and software to address equality.
