A data led professional with nearly 22 years of experience of managing large operation teams that is heavily involved with building digital workforce by leveraging technologies like RPA, NLP and Machine Learning.
Managed all facets of operations, including Corporate Customer Onboarding, Corporate Channel Management, Payment processing/Investigations, NOSTRO reconciliations, Static Data maintenance, Liquidity Products Management including Cash Concentration and Pooling, Credit Application management for Corporate (Pre and Post approval), Fixed Deposits and Sanction Screening

Before joining Mashreq, managed the Robotics Program at ANZ, as the Head of CoE for Automation. Instrumental in embedding Robotic Process Automation (RPA) successfully across ANZ's functional groups and countries. An RPA evalalist supporting multiple organisation in setting up their RPA strategy and capability. Have been building a digital workforce by leveraging tools such as Open Span and Automation Anywhere . In the circa five years' experience of doing this at ANZ, deployed more than 2000 robots in streams like Lending, Retail Banking, and Payments and Mortgages, across 195 processes in seventeen countries have been deployed . Key experiences are :

Was also the head of Head of Payments Operations for Payments in ANZ and HSBC for 17 years . Managed all facets of Payment Operations like Payment Processing, Payment Investigations, Nostro Investigations, Static Data Maintenance, Liquidity and Channel On-boarding/Maintenance. Managed teams of up to 1900-members servicing 32 countries.

Worked in diverse segments within the Bank like Training, Projects, Strategy, Operations and Commercialisation.
