Vincent was appointed Executive Board & senior management committee (Exco) member at MAS responsible for Technology & transformation (CIO functions), Data (CDO functions), Digital, Cybersecurity (CISO function), Singapore FS industry Technology Regulations (TRM) and global payment systems (RTGS) and operations. Recently recognised in WEF Agile50 list. Vincent was the Financial Services Leader for Accenture. He advised global organisation & governments on strategising & managing innovation, disruption and digitalisation. Previously, Vincent led PwC APAC Financial Crime and Cyber practice. Additionally he was also the Financial Service Risk Assurance & Data Analytics leader. Vincent, trained as an accountant, was made partner in PwC UK, where he spent more than 20 years, and led the Financial Services Technology Risk practice. He advised the board & management of many complex global financial services clients on both business & Tech operations, risks, cyber resilience & governance in respond to technological, business, regulatory & organisational changes . During his time in the UK & US, Vincent has led major high profile financial industry review, investigation & remediation of systemic technology incidents/failures & implementation of various industry leading initiatives. As a leading industry subject matter expert and thought leader, Vincent has been interviewed, presented & written thought leaderships for many international media. In Singapore, Vincent advised boards of major international companies including government linked organisations etc. Vincent also led major growth studies (including Cybersecurity) for the Singapore government. Vincent sits on the Monetary Authority of Singapore International Advisory Board on Cybersecurity, NUS School of Computing Industry Advisory Board and Adjunct Prof, NUS Business School Accounting Advisory Board and was a sub committee member for Committee for Future Economy of Singapore. Vincent is also an independent board director at Integrated Health Information System in Singapore and NUS Crystal Centre. Vincent’s clients include global companies based in New York, London, Zurich and Washington.
