Founded, led, and successfully exited 2 startups. Led product management & biz dev at various startups. For venture studios & accelerators, I take on an entrepreneur-in-resident role. Selectively, I take on fractional C-suite roles in startups that need direction, escape velocity, or rocket fuel. As a VC, I scout, assess, evaluate, conduct due diligence, and negotiate terms of investments in seed & series A startups in enterprise, healthcare, food & ag, and frontier-tech. Lastly, for Corporate venture funds & venture studios I help develop investment theses, innovation theses, and operational capabilities to bring in elevated deal flow. Expertise: Obtaining funding from institutional & strategic VC; defining differentiated product roadmaps & positioning; developing profit making business models & VC investable revenue models; building high performing enterprise sales teams; defining & executing go-to-market plans; and, iterating all of these across all aspects of seed-series A startups.
