I am passionate about driving change to deliver business value. I believe in purposeful digital transformation, where technology improves consumer experience and where data is essential for business growth. During my career, I’ve learned the specifics and intricacies of the CPG industry, experienced the diversity of markets and channels across the globe, and witnessed the profound disruption of traditional business models fueled by digitization. I am proud to lead the global IT organization of one of the most iconic public CPG companies in the world. At P&G, we lead digital transformation and leverage leading-edge technology to closely engage our consumers, grow the categories with our customers, make our operations effective and efficient and enable agile and faster Innovation. In both business and beyond, I believe in opportunities for driven and motivated individuals of any background. I am the P&G executive sponsor of Veterans and Reservists, and I served on the Board of the national non-profit Npower, which helps veterans and young adults from underserved communities to build their careers through technology training.
