After five years spent getting the basic of the real estate industry (2002-2007), I joined CB Richard Ellis since the company was established in Belgrade in February 2007 and I have lead the Belgrade Residential team of CB Richard Ellis, the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm in terms of 2007-2013 revenue. By now I have extensive more than 12 year experience in the real estate industry, on both agency and developer side. For seven years as a Head of residential department in CB Richard Ellis, I was directly responsible for large number of key clients such as US Embassy, European Commission, Global Finance etc, involved in all major residential/business developments in Belgrade such as AirPort City (Africa Israel), Global Voždovac (Global Finance), and many others. From 2013 I was announced as a Managing Director of the Lenex Invest, local private equity investor and after a while I also became a minority partner (stakeholder). Soon after that I was offered by the president of the company Tradeunique to become a General Manager for Serbia and Montenegro, with the main role to develop the huge potential of the company. Having successfully lead Tradeunique to completion of all projects scheduled for 2013 - 2015, I've taken up co-management at West Properties - one of Serbia's most established real estate agencies, specializing in finding bespoke property solutions for some of key companies operating in Serbia and neighboring markets.
