Greetings! I am dedicated to making companies more experience centric by helping leaders and organizations manage the value of employee experience. In previous years, I have assumed the roles of an entrepreneur, consultant, analyst, speaker, and author. While these opportunities were unique and exciting, they share a common focus: people and their experience of the day-to-day work they are doing. Building a successful organization remains impossible without people’s motivations, commitment, and passion. That is more true than ever, now that we are living in the experience economy and hence, are facing a huge shift in people’s expectations. Companies are aware of this shift, and they are investing in people and are putting the employee at the center. However, with attrition numbers spiking and work productivity stalling, it becomes obvious: We support employees and we listen to them more than ever, yet we don’t understand their experience at work: 96% of the human experience of work remains unmanaged. This new problem needs new solutions. And that's what I am after. My business partner and I have set up FOUNT.
