A Ukrainian advocate with a substantial international and domestic professional experience focused on: - Legal setup on mobile marketplace applications (and integration with payment systems - user agreements and policies); - Multijurisdictional dispute management and dispute resolution (litigation and international commercial arbitration including recognition and enforcement of domestic and foreign arbitral awards and court judgments in Ukraine and abroad); - Cross-border corporate and investment disputes involving low tax jurisdiction; - Banking and finance (emphasis on secured lending; drafting security documents, legal opinions under Ukrainian law, legal due diligence); - Competition matters, protection of the intellectual property rights (trademarks, industrial designs), regulatory issues and policy (incl. telecom regulation); - Protection of foreign investments; - Trade contracts drafting and negotiations; - Executive compensation.
