MEng (Hons) DipIS CEng MICE MSc MIAM Warren Bradley is a an experienced leader with a focus on systems thinking and specialism in asset management and commercial/contractual delivery of construction and operational delivery projects through PPP/PFI and performance-based contracts as well as traditional approaches in the transportation sector. With his original degree awarded in 2000 of Civil Engineering with Management he focused on re-engineering the construction and infrastructure development process; including innovations in procurement/contracts, root cause analysis, lean construction, collaboration, negotiation and team management/delivery improvement processes. After 9 years implementing this in industry through project management and technical specialist roles this was supplemented with completion of a MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from Kings College London. He has worked on various high profile multi-billion/million transportation projects and has extensive UK and global consultancy experience working for and within clients leading teams of engineers and specialists delivering advisory services to blue chip private and public sector clients. He brings innovation and problem solving skills to deliver focused, value for money solutions tailored to client requirements with a focus on clear understanding of commercial issues, sustainability and wider stakeholder value, strategic thinking and organisational transformational processes, developing effective tools and risk analysis/management with a focus on timely interventions and whole life cost/management.
