Initially starting with RPA, and successfully automating a large proportion of O2's manual back office, then creating extensive & sustainable customer channel shift into new digital channels like Chat & Social, before finally automating these new interactions using tech like Virtual Assistants & Chat BOT's. I now help clients leverage my experience in bringing new efficiency driving technologies like RPA, OCR, Virtual Agents and Cognitive Reasoning tech to life, consulting on/delivering programs of work that deliver significant client benefits.
