Wayne Chatelain is an experienced Software Engineer and Technology Leader for Capital One Financial Corporation, a diversified bank with 44 million customer accounts worldwide and 1,000 branch locations in New York, New Jersey, Texas, Louisiana, Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. Wayne serves as a Director of Software Engineering for the Technology organization, spanning all lines of business across Capital One. He has over 15 years of experience with Capital One and over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. He has contributed to over 100 successful projects utilizing a wide variety of technologies across different platforms. As an experienced technical lead and mentor, Wayne maintains good communication channels with his teams while juggling on multiple priorities. He is an avid proponent for agile software development and maintains focus of results to deliver solutions quickly for his customers.
