A Senior Executive in the Banking Sector, I have delivered business change, IT and process implementations, and performance improvement initiatives within Project, Programme and Portfolio Management roles (and as a specialist consultant) for over 25 years in private, public and third sectors. Now leading all change development, test and implementation activities across Financial Crime (AML/CTF and Fraud), Credit Risk, Enterprise Risk and Compliance, as well as 'run'/application support for those services, leading multi-disciplinary teams across the UK and in India. Previously having led portfolios of change and transformation across Customer experience, HR, Savings and Marketing. I have been particularly engaged in leading and providing assurance to some of the largest regulatory programmes at Nationwide over the past 9 years, including as Programme Director for Brexit preparations across Nationwide. Experienced mentor and coach, and I continue to also utilise my skills and experience in my voluntary role as a School Governor. PRINCE2 and MSP Practitioner, SAFe trained, experienced Senior Change and Senior Operations Leader. Delivered significant transformation for organisations including Nationwide, Royal Mail and HM Customs & Excise. I have led transformation activity as a Change Director, Investment Committee member and Sponsor, and also contributed to organisational strategy. I have also managed large operational distribution and processing units, leading up to 1000 employees. Expertise in working with clients, sponsors and stakeholders (to Exec and Holdings Board level, and including Government Ministers). Expertise in working with Trade Unions, central and local, government, people management, stakeholder engagement, procurement and supplier relationship management. I have designed and delivered training to support organisational change activity and in managing and improving performance and realising operational savings. Have led change and development programmes involving a range of methods including Process Centric design, co-creation, Agile/SAFe, Scrum, Lean, Kaizen, BPM and Kanban. Keynote speaker and panellist on topics including Change, Hybrid Working and Leadership. Previously an Associate of Cardiff Metropolitan University's School of Management and of Glamorgan University, and Associate Lecturer at Cardiff University.
