Hi! I'm based out of Providence, Rhode Island, and I work in a hybrid setup out of PI's office in Westwood. (Some) Tuesdays and Thursdays, I'm in the office and focusing on collaboration. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, you can find me at my home office with my fiancee and 2 furry companions. Like the rest of PI, I get the benefit of choosing my work arrangement in terms of remote v. office work. I lead a 7-person People Ops team that owns the full employee lifecycle. We are lean but mighty, and support the business's product-led growth approach. We hire great talent (with a focus on folks who will add to our vibrant and positive culture), and from there, my team is focused on a world-class employee experience, from the first day of orientation until when someone graduates into a dream job beyond our walls.
