Win Phromphaet, CFA has over 19 years of professional experience in Investment Management. He is currently EVP - Head of High Net-Worth Division, Bank of Ayudhya PCL. Prior to this, Win was Chief Investment Officer of Principal Asset Management. He led a team of 20 to win the prestigious Best Fund House – Domestic Fixed Income Award by Morningstar Thailand for 4 consecutive years. Before that, he was Head of Investments and Deputy Spokesperson of the Social Security Office, Thailand's largest institutional investor with total AUM of US$38 billion. Win holds a BA in Economics (International Program) from Thammasat University in Bangkok and an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, Netherlands. His MBA study was sponsored by the Royal Thai Government Scholarship. Win is a CFA Charterholder and is currently President of CFA Society Thailand. During the weekends, Win teaches finance courses at Thammasat University, National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA), and Assumption University in Bangkok. He was awarded an Outstanding Civil Servant in 2006 and a Rising Star Economist in 2014. He authored 3 books; ‘Invest Like A Pro’, ‘Career in Finance’ and ‘Career in Finance: Revised Edition’.
