Winston is the founder & CEO of Finute, a metaverse edutainment company. As CEO, Winston works with multinational corporations, SMEs and government agencies to bring their ideas to life in the metaverse and won several global and national innovation competitions. Winston has been fascinated by virtual worlds and the internet from a young age and has been programming and creating 3D virtual worlds and games since he was 10. Winston is also a speaker at international industry conferences. Notably, Winston is the youngest speaker at the Singapore FinTech Festival, AsiaTechxSingapore and UNESCO AI4IA where he spoke on the metaverse. He also shared on the future of the metaverse at the Smart Nation and Digital Government Office of the Prime’s Minister Office. For his contributions to Singapore’s startup ecosystem, Winston is a recipient of the National Youth Entrepreneurship Award. Winston is also a micro-influencer where he shares his entrepreneurship and metaverse journey with his 20K+ followers. Winston was awarded the Best Gaming Content Creator at the Asia Games Awards by Gamescom Asia and the Singapore Games Association for his works in creating gaming content and game development. Winston is also featured on TikTok Gaming campaigns. Winston was a student at Millennia Institute and served as the school’s Entrepreneurship Club President. He mentors and nurtures students to develop an entrepreneurial mind and led the club in donating to charitable causes. Winston created a metaverse replica of the school for its open house. For his strong academic and extracurricular performance, Winston was selected for the school’s Scholar Programme. MI is the only pre-university centre in Singapore to offer Business for the A Levels.
