A self proclaimed innovator and forward thinking product manager, with over a decade of Financial Services experience. You'll likely see a few of my blogs on LinkedIn and elsewhere as well as a few speaker videos. I hope we can discuss and debate some of the topics and ideas shared. On a work note: I'm here to work with customers to deliver solutions to your problems, leveraging both expertise and technology to ensure success. My current responsibilities include owning the strategic roadmap for both feature development and new market growth. Ensuring all ideas and development is validated with customers and prospects, with the voice of the customer being front and centre. By working closely with existing and prospective customers and partners, I am able to understand the challenges and friction faced, and work to to understand and identify the best possible solutions.
