Xiaomei Wang is the Founder of InsightZen, an AI company dedicated to unleash the value of data in the healthcare industry. More recently, Xiaomei has spearheaded the role of CEO and Co-Founder of PathoAI, a joint venture between Dian Diagnostics(300244.SZ) and InsightZen. Integrating a team of experts in pathology, machine learning, healthcare, and business, PathoAI strives to build next generation AI-powered technology that unlocks insights from each pathology sample for doctors to optimize patient outcomes. Prior to embarking on the path in entrepreneurship, Xiaomei has led a trail-blazing journey in her 18 years with IBM, emblazoned with first-of-its-kind projects and milestones, and has worked in various continents across the world including North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and South America. In addition to be featured in numerous media coverage, Xiaomei is also an accomplished best-selling author with titles such as AI 3.0 and Understanding DB2. Xiaomei is a certified Independent Director, IBM certified Thought Leader, and The Open Group certified Distinguished professional. She is an expert of China AI and Big Data Committee of 100, and a guest professor at Zhejiang University of Finance & Economics.
