I have over twenty years of experience in characterization of therapeutic proteins, gene therapy (AAV, LV and LNP), and cell therapy products. I am currently leading a team of mass spectrometric and biophysical experts that supports gene and cell therapy development, including batch characterization, reference standard characterization, comparability, structure-function studies and forced degradation studies for CMC regulatory filings I am also leading AAV and LNP based gene therapy programs as an analytical team leader, am responsible for defining analytical paradigms and CQAs/control strategies, and establishing analytical capabilities and batching strategies etc
