An executive with 15 years in investment banking, consulting, and entrepreneurial ventures. Yael started her career in investment banking in NY at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital. She has been living in Panama for the last 10 years where she ran a boutique consultancy and gained her expertise in startups. Yael is currently the CFO of Mozper, a Fintech in LATAM targeting the pre-banked youth population. She is also the treasurer of a foundation helping women entrepreneurs develop their businesses. Yael is an authentic, energetic and caring leader, relentlessly focused on delivering results.
