I am the Managing Partner of McKinsey & Company’s New York Office, Senior Partner and leader in our High Tech, Media and Telecom practice. I also serve on several personnel committees. I bring over twenty years of experience serving a broad range of B2C, D2C, and B2B clients, including digital-first media companies, consumer tech players, software and enterprise tech players, telco operators, and marketing service providers. My primary focus is on helping clients drive growth and transform operations. My areas of expertise include strategy, digital performance improvement, product, go-to-market, commercial growth through sales and marketing, as well as digital transformation. I previously led the Product Transformation service line, focusing on portfolio optimization through innovation. In addition, I also lead McKinsey’s global network of Experience Studios, a series of innovation spaces for clients to participate in experiential workshops, capability building programs, and network with the local tech and start-up communities. The Studios focus on digital, customer experience and product design, and advanced analytics. I was previously the North America leader of firm communications. I currently serve on the Board of Trustees of Juilliard and the Board of Film at Lincoln Center.
