Bio

Through HR experiences on country, regional and global level, I’ve been exposed to transformations in consumer and B2B companies. After a developmental assignment in the USA, I took on global positions in the Netherlands leading to my current role in Hong Kong. Passionate about my work, I have actively trained my facilitation skills and developed from a shy person to a moderator. I enjoy switching between conceptual activities and operational deliverables. Since 2019, I live in Hong Kong, which brought me closer to my Asian heritage. I hold citizenship of Brazil and the Netherlands. My education: BSc in International Business and MSc in Social Sciences
