My ITIL 4 certification allows me to provide support according to the best practices. I use my dual experience as IS consultant and Information System Manager to support organizations in their development and digital transformation projects on ERP topics (Baan / Infor, Apache OFBiz), CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, SuperOffice), BI (SAP Business Objects, MS BI), Workplace Office 365 as well as integration with on-premise solutions as Microsoft SSRS, BizTalk and BonitaSoft or iPaaS as Jitterbit, PieSync or Zapier. As an Azure certified consultant, I support my customers towards workloads migration to the cloud.
