I am Adobe Commerce's CS Strategy & Ops Manager focused on driving field efficiency to maximizing customer satisfaction and retention. I addresses transactional and operational needs with efforts such as providing programmatic, scaled playbooks that guide execution and working closely with cross-functional teams to partner on retention efforts. I'm passionate about solving problems in innovative ways and making the complex simple and digestible. When I'm not reading a good fiction novel or wrangling three dogs, I love spending my time doing the best job in the world: being a mom.
