Mr. Fadahunsi is a Chief data Scientist leading a large team of data analysts, data engineers and data scientists in the delivery of advanced analytics models. He has more than 10 years working experience in the Banking and Food technology companies in the European market and multiple African markets with organizations such as Nestle Global and Standard bank. However, his love for solving problem and competing on data science competitions has led him to work on additional industry problems related to Oil & gas, Logistics, Space tech., Health, Agriculture, Real estate, e-commerce and so on. Due to his love for sharing knowledge and contributions to the utilization of data science as an edge, he teaches an online post graduate diploma in data science at the University of Texas at Austin, USA, where he has coached more than 400 students globally who have gone on to deliver amazing projects in their respective industries. He also participates actively in Data Science Competitions (Kaggle, Zindi etc.) to solve real world problems. The outcome of some of the global competitions are as follows: • 1st Position Microsoft challenge - predicting mortgage loan approvals in the USA • 1st Position in Zindi challenge to classify Farm fields in Cape Town, South Africa utilizing satellite images • 1st Position in the Zindi challenge to Predict soil humidity using sensor data from low-cost DIY Internet of Things(IoT) in Senegal • 3rd Position in the Zindi challenge - forecast how many calls will be received by Kenya Childline for each hour each day • Ranked number 1 on Zindi with a global pool of over 50 000 Data Scientists
