In late 2012 Yitz launched a single-member family office and acted as its managing partner and CIO. The office focused on acquiring and self-managing commercial real estate and invested as third-party participation within venture tech opportunities. 2017 Yitz continued his investment focus and launched a multi-family office, focused on a higher risk profile, and expanded his investment activities. Yitz's role was that of Founder and CIO - the office provided lines of credit to both private and public companies as an alternative finance partner, continued to acquire and re-develop commercial real estate, and participated as co-lead fund investor in venture tech opportunities. In late 2020, Yitz saw an opportunity to invest and meaningfully impact the emerging market of cannabis. KeefX.co, a fin-tech based company was born - we provide working capital, financial services, insurance services, neo-banking, and real estate liquidity to the cannabis industry.
