As Chief Technology Officer, I helped to take Callsign from a start-up to a scale-up, from London to a thriving global enterprise with more than 250 people and significant market value. In the process, I proved my mettle as a C-level leader and strategist, building a tech team, articulating a product vision and selling to corporate customers and investors alike. I have used a robust engineering and architecture background to articulate a vision for the company and its products - experience in fintech and digital transformation with Lloyds has served me well. Crucially, I applied strong interpersonal skills to support and to influence decision-makers, overcoming resistance and opening the door to ground-breaking technology that safeguards digital data without inconveniencing customers.
