Executive with global experience leading teams in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, South America and Russia. Both a Korean and Brazilian, I have an effective understanding of cultural differences across emerging markets in B2C, B2B, B2G fields. I bring over 20 years of experience in Energy Management, Automotive and Lighting industries with a strong background in General Management, Sales, Marketing and HR. After serving as the Cluster Country President for Vietnam and Cambodia at Schneider Electric for four years, starting from the Year 2021 I continued the mission to drive the Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei cluster as Cluster President towards further successes in the expansion of business and sustainability targets in the region. The variety of successful country management assignments and roles that I have taken on has honed my ability to grow the business as a regional leader, where I hope to inspire those around me and deliver stellar results in implementing commercial initiatives.
