I am a strategic leader who executes to a vision. I with a keen eye on opportunity, and a unique ability to orchestrate system transformation through leadership, consensus-building, evangelism, and change management. My passion revolves around connecting people with earn-learn pathways that foster prosperity for organizations, regions, and people. During the Great Recession of 2008, I built the first real-time labor demand/supply tool from real-time job postings data called New Jersey’s Real Time Jobs in Demand. At Visier, I am building a new model for identifying people-relates skills and demand as them emerge. My life goal is to help people discover and refine their ever-evolving, personal skill shapes so they become invaluable to their current and future employers. I do that through building analytics platforms that help workers and learners become the best version of themselves while also helping business define and articulate their talent needs and gaps.
