Engineering leader focused on building new cutting-edge products, features and experiences that people and businesses use and enjoy every day. Ziad Traboulsi heads Partner Engineering for Infrastructure, Devices and Apps at Meta's Reality Labs division. He has been employed at Meta (previously Facebook) since 2010. He has a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing solutions that deliver technology solutions to enable Meta's partners and community to thrive across all its platforms. The majority of Ziad and his team's focus are now geared towards building various ecosystems for the Metaverse within the Reality Labs division of Meta. He has nurtured an enthusiasm about technology since a young age, having previously founded and sold his start-up in the early 2000s, specializing in software for mobile handhelds such as Pocket PC and Palm. He holds a bachelor's degree from the American University Beirut and a master's degree from the London School of Economics. He is fluent in Arabic, French and English, and has intermediate knowledge of Spanish. He has filed four U.S. patents to date.
