I have worked in the social housing sector since leaving university in the 90's. Having worked on both the client and now the service provider side, I have a unique insight to the sector. I am the Director of Decarbonisation and Energy Solutions at Bell Group, helping to tackle fuel poverty and decarbonisation of stock whilst delivering community benefits within the housing sector. Prior to Bell I was the Divisional Director at Mi-Space, leading a multi award winning team to deliver innovative decarbonisation and major projects. During my time at Connaught I set up and ran large outsourced asset management contracts and joint venture companies. Specialties: Leading and motivating people to achieve results. Working with clients to develop bespoke solutions in the social housing asset management field. Developing innovative decarbonisation and renewable energy solutions to tackle fuel poverty.
